Angela Dillon, Managing Director

Angela started parent company AD+INC in 1999 and has built it up to be one of Australia's leading full service incentive companies.

Over the years she has developed and implemented targeted, tailored programs to motivate employees, distribution channels and consumers, achieving increased productivity and profitability for large and small clients.

Angela saw first hand that within the incentive industry there was a gap between what the large organisations had available compared to SME's. With this in mind and a passion to provide flexible yet cost efficient incentive solutions that will benefit any sized business, Angela developed Motive8.

The knowledge that she has gained over the years has been instrumental in defining the key features of Motive8's incentive programs.

Renee Lound

Renee continues her career with AD+INC, joining over 18 months ago from an iconic and international computer company. She studied Multimedia at Charles Sturt University and is responsible for the Websites and administration of AD+INC and Motive8 and reward fulfillment co-ordination.

Renee has been instrumental in driving the creation of Motive8 and its custom built CMS (Content Management System) along with its design elements which you see on the Motive8 sites.

Her varied skills means that not only is the site regularly monitored to ensure its as user friendly as possible, but also she will see that the customer service you receive is 2nd to none.

Norman King, Web Developer

Norman has over 10 years experience in developing online applications and solutions.  Norman has designed Motive8 to be powered by a content management system (CMS) so further modifications and extensions can be added at any stage.  Whatever your requirements, Norman can add your feature to Motive8.
